What our customers are saying
“LBP consistently delivers expertise and professionalism. I've been a customer for years and can safely say their customer service and product quality are second to none. They are a partner you can trust and well worth the investment!”
“Great product and customer service. I own two of these batteries for my trolling motors, one on a 27 foot and the other on a 33 foot. They are both fantastic, long lasting and great quality. Their customer service has been exceptionally responsive, going out of their way several times to walk me through waking up a battery and setting up the chargers correctly.”
“The 24v battery that I have lasts for days of fishing on a single charge. I can spend a week fishing in the Everglades with no worries. Customer service has been fantastic, going above and beyond to help me on short notice. Batteries are built right here in Clearwater, which is a plus as well.”
“My charger went bad and I reached out to tech support. I then received a call from the General Manager before I could even get the information back, and she resolved the issue immediately by shipping a brand new charger, no questions asked.”
“Absolutely great customer service. Will was excellent to deal with. He even met me on a Sunday to drop off the battery as he was driving past my house. Zero issues so far, running an 87" Minn Kota on a 26' boat. 36V 60Ah battery.”
