What size lithium battery do I need for my RV or van?
It depends on your energy use. A 100Ah battery typically supports lights, fans and small electronics for a day. For fridges, inverters and extended off-grid use, 200–300Ah is recommended. The runtime calculator will size it for you.
Are LBP batteries safe for RV and van installations?
Yes. LBP batteries have a built-in Battery Management System (BMS) that protects against overcharging, overheating and short circuits, for safe operation in mobile environments.
Can I use my existing RV charger with LBP batteries?
Not all chargers are lithium compatible. Check that your charger has a lithium profile, or upgrade to a charger made for lithium. See what charger you need.
How long will my battery last off-grid?
It depends on your consumption and capacity. A 100Ah battery can run basic devices for a day or two, and solar panels extend that by recharging during daylight.
