1. Warranty Coverage
Lithium Battery Power (“Manufacturer”) warrants that its lithium battery (“Product”) is free from defects in craftsmanship and component parts under normal use and service for a period
of ten (10) years from the original purchase date. This Limited Warranty is provided solely to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
2. Warranty Period & Coverage Terms
Years 1–5: Full Replacement Coverage Lithium Battery Power will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any Product found to be defective in materials or workmanship at no cost to the customer.
Years 6–10: Prorated Replacement Coverage
A prorated credit toward a replacement Product will be offered as follows: Prorated Credit = Original Purchase Price × (120 – Number of Months in Service) ÷ 60.
This credit can only be applied toward the purchase of a new battery from Lithium Battery Power and has no cash value.
3. Exclusions – What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
End-User Error
- Improper installation or wiring
- Overcharging, deep discharging, or insufficient charging
- Physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification
- Failure to follow Manufacturer’s instructions and safety guidelines.
Acts of Nature
- Fire, flood, lightning, hurricane, earthquake, or other environmental damage
Unapproved Use Cases
- Use in systems, devices, or environments not expressly approved by Lithium Battery Power
- Commercial or industrial use inconsistent with intended application
4. Warranty Claim Procedure
To file a claim, the original purchaser must:
- Notify Lithium Battery Power in writing within the warranty period.
- Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
- If requested, return the battery to Lithium Battery Power for inspection (shipping costs may apply).
If the claim is approved, the appropriate remedy—repair, replacement, or prorated credit—will be issued.
5. Limitation of Liability
Lithium Battery Power is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of use, revenue, or profits. Liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement
of the defective Product, or a prorated credit as specified above.
6. Governing Law
This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clearwater, Florida.
7. Your Legal Rights
This warranty grants specific legal rights to the purchaser. Additional rights may vary by state or jurisdiction.
